Stripe handles payment details. MeshVault uses purchase and contact information to confirm payment, deliver the pack by email, answer questions, and handle refunds. We have not added advertising or behavioral analytics to this funnel.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Agent Skills Starter Pack pages at meshvault.ai, the related Stripe checkout, manual email delivery, and purchase support provided by FireDev LLC doing business as MeshVault.
It does not describe a native MeshVault iPhone or Mac app. Those apps are still in development and are not included with this purchase. It also does not cover a separate, contracted MeshVault installation service.
2. Information involved
Information you send to MeshVault
- Your email address and message when you contact us.
- Information you provide so we can find a purchase, deliver the pack, or resolve a refund request.
Checkout and transaction information
Stripe hosts the checkout and processes the payment. Depending on the payment method and checkout fields, Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing details, payment method information, purchase amount, and transaction details. MeshVault receives the information needed to confirm paid status, deliver the digital pack, keep a transaction record, and handle a refund or dispute. MeshVault does not receive your full card number from Stripe.
Technical requests
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to serve and protect the site. The Skills sales page also requests font files from Google Fonts, which may receive ordinary request information under its own privacy terms.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- answer questions about the Agent Skills Starter Pack;
- confirm that Stripe reports a purchase as paid;
- manually deliver the correct pack version by email;
- provide delivery help and process covered refunds;
- maintain accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records; and
- secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the purchase path.
4. When information is shared
We share information only as needed for this purchase flow:
- Stripe: to host checkout, process payment, report transaction status, and issue refunds. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting and email providers: to operate the site and send the purchased files or support replies.
- Professional advisers or authorities: when reasonably necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute obligations.
MeshVault does not sell or rent personal information. We have not added advertising trackers or behavioral advertising to the Skills funnel as of the draft effective date.
5. Retention
We keep purchase, delivery, refund, and support records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, security, dispute handling, and other legal obligations. Retention can vary by record and applicable requirement.
When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we may delete or de-identify it.
6. Your choices
You can contact MeshVault to ask about personal information tied to your Skills Pack purchase, or request a correction or deletion. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to records we must keep for transactions, tax, security, disputes, or other legal obligations.
For information handled directly by Stripe, use Stripe's Privacy Center or contact Stripe.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the information we handle. Stripe handles payment credentials through its checkout. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
If you believe information connected to a purchase has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly.
8. Children
The Agent Skills Starter Pack is intended for business operators and is not directed to children. Please do not provide purchase or contact information for a child.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Skills purchase and delivery process changes. The date at the top will identify the version posted on this page. Material changes apply going forward unless applicable law requires a different approach.
