You pay $49 once through Stripe. After Stripe confirms paid status, MeshVault manually emails the listed digital files. The included license covers one purchasing business's internal use. This purchase does not include an app, installation, integrations, or ongoing support.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between the purchaser and FireDev LLC dba MeshVault. By completing a purchase for the Agent Skills Starter Pack, you confirm that you can enter this agreement for yourself or the purchasing business and that you accept these terms, the Refund Policy, and the license included in the pack.
If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2. The offer
The Agent Skills Starter Pack is a digital file package containing the files listed on the Skills sales page: five agent skills, five memory templates, four operator runbooks, three routing recipes, four worked examples, and supporting readme, install, support, license, manifest, and changelog files.
The price is $49 USD as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. The sales page and Stripe checkout show the current offer before payment.
3. Checkout and payment
Stripe hosts the checkout and handles payment processing. Available payment methods can vary. A purchase is complete for delivery purposes only after Stripe reports the transaction as paid.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and authorized payment method. Stripe's services and any payment method you select are also governed by their own terms.
4. Manual email delivery
After Stripe confirms paid status, MeshVault verifies the transaction and manually sends the current pack archive to the email associated with the purchase. Allow up to two business days. This is not an instant account download.
If the email address is missing, rejects delivery, or belongs to a different person, we may ask for enough transaction information to verify the purchaser before sending the files. Do not send card numbers or other full payment credentials by email.
If you paid and cannot receive a working copy of the listed files, report it within 14 calendar days under the delivery guarantee.
5. Internal-use license
The included license allows the purchaser to:
- use the pack inside one business or legal entity controlled by the purchaser;
- copy and modify the files for that entity's internal operations; and
- allow employees and contractors to use confidential internal copies solely for work for that entity.
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share, or give the pack or adapted versions to another person or entity. You may not offer them as a competing template, prompt, skill, course, library, download, or other standalone product, or remove copyright and license notices. Separate written permission is required for multi-entity use or external distribution.
The license ends if the purchaser materially violates it. On termination, the purchaser must stop using and delete the pack and adapted copies. Ownership, restrictions, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits continue where applicable.
6. What this purchase does not include
The $49 pack does not include:
- the MeshVault iPhone app or Mac app, which remain in development;
- a hosted software account or point-and-click agent application;
- a MeshVault hardware or private-system installation;
- custom configuration, integration, migration, or implementation work; or
- ongoing support, updates, monitoring, or consulting.
Any separate MeshVault install or service requires its own written scope and pricing.
7. Your responsibility
The pack contains editable operating templates. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them before use, controlling permissions, protecting sensitive data, supervising agent behavior, and approving external actions.
The pack is not legal, medical, financial, compliance, or security advice. Third-party models, tools, and services remain subject to their own terms and can change independently of MeshVault.
MeshVault does not promise a particular revenue, productivity, security, compliance, or business outcome from the pack.
8. Refunds and the delivery guarantee
The delivery guarantee is narrow: you receive a working copy of the files listed on the Skills sales page, or MeshVault refunds the purchase. We may first correct a missing file or replace a damaged archive.
The guarantee does not cover change of mind, fit with a particular tool, custom setup, integrations, support, native apps, or downstream results. Read the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Ownership
FireDev LLC dba MeshVault owns the pack and its original content. The purchase grants a license; it does not transfer ownership of the pack.
You own the business content and work output you create by using or adapting the pack. MeshVault does not claim ownership of that output.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The pack is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireDev LLC dba MeshVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the pack. Total liability for a claim relating to the pack will not exceed the amount paid for it.
11. Changes to these terms
The terms presented at checkout govern that purchase. We may update terms for future purchases by posting a revised draft-effective or effective date. A change does not expand the files or services included in an earlier purchase unless we say so in writing.
