Hold the globe key and pick Homelab Dictate. Tap the microphone, speak, and tap again. The first tap opens the app to start the microphone. Later taps work in place.
What you need.
- An iPhone. The app and its keyboard run on iPhone.
- A speech server. You run it, or someone you trust runs it. Mesh does not host the server, and the app does not include one.
- Its address. For example
https://stt.example.com:8798. - Its access token. Your server's operator issues it.
Not set up yet? The demo needs none of this.
Where your voice goes.
The app opens the microphone when you start a session. Whoever runs your server decides what it keeps. Read the full privacy policy.
Try the demo first.
Demo mode types invented sample sentences in the app. It does not open the microphone, contact a server or save a server address. Use it to see the app before you connect anything.
