- Google Workspace Business Standard costs $14 per user per month on an annual plan, and it includes Gemini app access (Google).

Price it for your own headcount
Multiply the price per user per month by the number of people, then by 12. For 6 people on ChatGPT Business billed annually, that is $20 times 6 times 12, or $1,440 a year.
