Is a private AI server right for your business? Take the five minute check

A server you own suits an owner-run business of roughly 5 to 50 people whose files, email and records sit in several places. Tick seven lines below: six or seven ticks is worth a first conversation, four or five means expect gaps, and three or fewer means wait.

Answer with a tick. There are no wrong answers.

The ticks tell you whether to go on, wait, or look elsewhere. In this guide, a private AI server means a server you own, with the AI model running on it. Local AI is planned as the second step, after the server is proven.

How to read your ticks

TicksWhat to do
Six or sevenWorth a first conversation.
Four or fiveTalk to us, but expect some gaps.
Three or fewerWait, or ask an IT person you trust.

The fifth line matters most

MeshVault does not take healthcare, legal or financial-advice clients for now.

Owner-run businesses of about 5 to 50 people.
LimitHealthcare, legal and financial-advice clients are declined for now. That is our limit today, not a verdict on your business.

Renting can cost less

Renting AI from a big vendor may cost you less each month than owning a server. Owning buys control, an easy export and a clear exit. If control is not worth extra effort to you, say so early.
